FitStellr ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the FitStellr mobile application.
We use Google Sign-In for authentication. By signing in with Google you agree to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We only request access to your basic profile information (name, email, and profile picture).
FitStellr displays ads served by Google AdMob (banner, interstitial, and app-open formats). AdMob may collect and use data such as your device's advertising identifier to show you relevant ads. In regions where consent is required, we request your consent before serving personalised ads. You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation). For more information see Google's Advertising Policy.
On Android, FitStellr can read certain health and fitness data from Health Connect, with your permission: steps, active and total calories burned, and exercise sessions. This data is used only to display your activity inside the app (on the Activity card and Calendar).
This Health Connect data is read-only, stays on your device, is not uploaded to our servers, and is never used for advertising or shared with any third party. You control this access through Health Connect and can revoke it at any time in the Health Connect settings on your device.
Your account and workout data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time directly in the app (Profile → Delete account), or by requesting deletion from us at the email address below. Health Connect data is not stored by us, so it is removed simply by revoking access in Health Connect.
FitStellr is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
